I joined the Class Professional team in September 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist but due to the ever evolving changes to the technological world I am now working for Class as a Technical Customer support specialist as this better suits the nature of my role , I have spent the last 10 years gaining experience in different types of Customer service departments from Oxfordshire to Somerset.  My main focus here at Class is to be the first point of contact for all correspondence (calls and emails) while also handing our live chat to ensure all queries and questions are answered to the best of my abilities. I take pride in the relationships I share with our Ambulance trusts, Private providers and Universities to help manage their subscriptions and will always do my up most to ensure a resolution is provided.   Please do reach out to me if I can provide any support!
