In the April 2025 JRCALC Clinical update, the new guideline Behavioural Emergencies has been introduced, which should be used in conjunction with other existing guidelines. Key reviews and updates have been made to Sepsis, Abdominal Pain, Tranexamic Acid, Ondansetron and Medicines Overview, where – working in conjunction with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (RCEM) – a new poster of the pneumonic ‘MISSED’ has been included, highlighting the importance of patients that take time critical medicines.
