DELIVERY
UK delivery on books can take up to 10 working days. If you need your books urgently, please call us on 01278 427800. Please note that postage costs will be allocated accordingly, based on the final weight and destination of the delivery.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Class Professional Publishing, our aim is for our customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchase(s). However, if this is not the case, or if you have ordered an item in error, we are here to support you.
CANCELLATION (INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)
If you have made an error and wish to cancel an order or pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible, either by phone + 44 (0) 1278 427800, or by email ContactUs@class.co.uk. You will need to state the title of the book(s) ordered, the order number and the name, email and postal address associated with your order. If the order has not yet been processed by our distributor, we will endeavour to halt the order and perform a refund.
If the processing of your order has already started, unfortunately we won’t be able to cancel your order and the Returns Policy will then become applicable.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have purchased an item in error, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 30 days from purchase (7 days for digital products). You will receive a full refund of the purchase price but please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should be in its original packaging with proof of purchase / receipt enclosed.
RETURNS (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)
Class Professional Publishing agree to refund digital purchases within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase but only when the content has NOT been downloaded or accessed using access codes provided on purchase.
REFUND
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us, either by phone + 44 (0) 1278 427800, or by email ContactUs@class.co.uk. Your request for a return needs to be agreed directly with Class Professional Publishing and is at the discretion of Class Professional Publishing. Calls are charged at national rates for UK callers, international rates for overseas callers.
You will need to organise and pay for the cost of returning your purchase product to us, by the same method in which it was delivered. The delivery cost of this return is non-refundable, as is the cost of the original delivery charge.
