About the role
We are looking for a Project & Product Assistant to support the development and day-to-day operation of ParaFolio, a CPD platform used by paramedics and ambulance trusts across the UK.
This is a junior, hands-on role focused on working within the product itself, helping configure content, support delivery and bring clarity and structure to ongoing work.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and gradually gain exposure to client-facing work as your confidence grows.
What you’ll do
- Work directly within ParaFolio to edit and maintain CPD modules (e.g. forms, content and configurations)
- Support delivery and ongoing improvement of the platform
- Turn defined and partially defined work into clear, structured outputs
- Collaborate with developers, designers and product teams
- Help test features and ensure they work as expected
- Support the Customer Support team with product knowledge and documentation
- Help bring organisation and clarity to a growing product environment
- You will be trusted to take ownership of your work, ensuring it is clear, accurate and ready for others to use
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with detailed information accurately
- Curious and quick to learn new systems
- Proactive and collaborative
- Comfortable working hands-on within software systems
- You enjoy figuring out how systems work in practice and improving them over time.
We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds. You don’t need prior product or healthcare experience, but you should be motivated to learn and contribute.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things well, pays attention to detail and enjoys making things clearer and more reliable for others.
Why join us
- Work on products that directly support paramedics and frontline services
- Gain hands-on experience in product and project work
- Be part of a growing and evolving team
- Opportunity to develop into product or project roles over time
