I was in the UK Ambulance Service from 1987-2025 and actively involved in ambulance education for over 25 years. During my 38-year ambulance service career, I have worked in a range of roles including Paramedic, Air Ambulance (HEMS) Paramedic, Area Trainer, Ambulance Educator, University Lecturer/Practitioner/External Examiner, Driving Tutor and, most recently, Senior Ambulance Education Leadership roles. I joined Class Professional in 2025 as Chief Clinical Information Officer, where my role covers everything from providing clinical advice and insight - to both staff and our customers - develop existing and new business opportunities, maximise business changes in ambulance practices (domestic and international), maintain clinical links and partnerships, and more.
