The first in a series of webinars designed to introduce the updated guidance. Designed for clinical staff of all skill levels, hear from national experts about applying the guidance in practice.

This webinar presents an overview of identifying when someone may be in the last year of life, recognising when a person may be dying and how advance and future care plans can help support clinical decision making.
