Class Professional is looking for an entry‑level Customer Support Specialist to join our friendly team and support the paramedics, students and first aiders who rely on our apps and textbooks.
In this role, you’ll help new customers get started, offer clear and helpful support, and build a strong understanding of our digital products. You’ll be chatting with customers by phone, email and online, working closely with colleagues, and becoming confident with the systems we use every day.
Key responsibilities
- Helping customers understand and use our features
- Responding to queries promptly via phone, email or chat
- Investigating and reporting product bugs by testing different scenarios
- Testing new app features and updates
- Sharing customer feedback, feature requests and workarounds with the team
- Following up to make sure issues are fully resolved
- Keeping customers informed about new features
- Recording accurate details in our CRM
- Providing excellent service and contributing to strong SLAs, KPIs and satisfaction scores
About you
- Comfortable communicating with customers and colleagues
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Experience with a CRM is helpful but not essential
- Quick to learn new digital systems
- Friendly, patient and happy to help others
Role details
- Based in the office at our Bridgwater site
- Two part‑time positions are available, and these will form a job share. Hours could range from 15 to 22.5 hours per week
- Starting salary: £26,230 per year (pro rata)
- This role is offered on a one year, fixed term basis
