Jason Sadler is a dedicated healthcare professional and educator with a distinguished career in emergency medical services and paramedic education. His journey began in 2003 when he joined the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust (WAST) as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Demonstrating a passion for pre-hospital care, he progressed to become a Paramedic in 2005. During his career with WAST, Jason took on leadership roles, serving as a Clinical Team Leader (CTL), where he played a crucial role in mentoring and supporting frontline paramedics. His commitment to training and development led him to spend seven years as a First Responder Trainer, equipping new responders with the vital skills needed for emergency care. In 2021, Jason transitioned into higher education, becoming a Lecturer at Swansea University. His expertise and dedication to student success make him an invaluable part of the paramedic education team, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
