  • Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only unless otherwise specified. Employees of Class Publishing Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition are not permitted to enter.
  • Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are specified in the relevant competition post.
  • Closing date/time for competition entry is specified on the relevant competition post. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

  • In relation to Prize Draws, there is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

  • Discount codes will have a usage limit and cannot be used on bulk orders of 10 or more books/eBooks. Discounts given will either expire 24 hours after they are announced or at a time specified by the promoter at the time of releasing the code / as detailed on a discount voucher.
  • Class Publishing Ltd reserves the right to refuse and refund any orders they wish.
  • The prize is as specified in the competition post. Only one prize will be supplied to each winner, multiple prizes for one recipient are not possible. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • In the event of a prize draw, winners will be chosen at random and verified by Class Publishing Ltd from all entries received.
  • It is Class Publishing Ltd’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • The prize winner will be notified by email or by direct message via social media no later than 5 days after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Class Publishing Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • Class Publishing Ltd will confirm where the prize will be delivered with the winner by email, direct message or phone.
  • Class Publishing Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • Class Publishing Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Class Publishing Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage. Class Publishing Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition without notice.
  • Class Publishing Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  • Personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • By entering this competition, all winners agree for their details to be held for 28 days as evidence of a prize being given.
  • By entering any competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
