6. PUBLIC/PRIVATE PROFILES

6.1 You can control who sees your profile information by selecting either “public” or “private” in the profile registration screen. You can change this option at any time by going to ‘my profile’ and editing the status under ‘edit my profile’.

6.2 With a “public” profile, your profile on the Website and the information contained in your profile will be accessible by any registered and non-registered user of the Website and will be searchable via any search engine such as Google.

6.3 With a “private” profile, your profile on the Website and the information contained in your profile will only be accessible to people you have specifically agreed to share such information with, and to other members of groups and hubs to which you choose to belong.

6.4 Please bear in mind that if you choose to make your personal information (including any comments, videos, photos or any other information) accessible to other users of the Website, you do so at your own risk. We recommend that you don’t share your personal contact information.

9.2 If any of the information which we hold about you is incorrect, you can write to us asking us to correct it. When you write to us, you should provide us with enough information to identify you (user name will suffice), and specify the information that is incorrect and what it should be replaced with.

10. JRCALC DATA RETENSION POLICY

10.1 Class hold records for all JRCALC content and updates since 2012. The archive of JRCALC updates is available on the AACE website. This is updated via a feed, which is managed by Class Publishing.

JRCALC Clinical Practice Guidelines – aace.org.uk. Since the inception of the apps in 2016, Class stores the data indefinitely on a Bitbucket server. We are able to retrieve data from Bitbucket for any given date going back to 2016.
