ParaFolio Update: Smarter Evidence

The ParaFolio app is designed by Class Professional to specifically help curate and reflect on your CPD allowing you to track your competency progress and categorise your evidence in a dedicated app. ParaFolio is also perfectly integrated with the ParaPass and JRCALC Plus app to ensure that your CPD learning can be of the highest standard.

At Class Professional, we continue to evolve the ParaFolio platform to better support clinicians and organisations as the demands of modern practice continue to grow. This update shares what’s coming next and exciting developments for Personal Evidence and AI assist.

Personal Evidence: What We’re Thinking About Next

We’re continuing to refine Personal Evidence to better reflect how paramedics capture learning in day‑to‑day practice in two very different scenarios. We are considering these two options in the next update.

Quick Add for Daily Quizzes
Allows daily learning to be logged in a single step meaning no reflection is required.
Intervention and Reflection
This aims to support capturing details quickly following a clinical intervention with a view to reflect later. So now, paramedics can log the event details while it’s fresh, then come back later to reflect.

AI Assist for Personal Evidence (Beta)

Next Release
AI Assist will go live on the Personal Evidence form.
Purpose
Enable clinicians to dictate or type evidence, then review and edit generated form suggestions before saving.
Oversight
We have worked with education teams to produce results that refer to HCPC practice, VARCs standards, exemplar evidence and more to ensure that this produces better quality CPD and not untrustworthy, unedited AI content.

Now Live on Parafolio

The Advanced / Specialist Module is already live with two NHS Trusts, supporting more complex and specialist evidence requirements.
