Cancelling your app subscription
For any individual who already has an account and is now covered by a group subscription they must cancel their subscriptions via either Google Play or Apple App Store so that they don’t get charged.
1Open Settings on your Apple Device
2Scroll down to iTunes & App Store
3Tap on your Apple ID/email address
4Tap View Apple ID, then enter your Touch ID or password
5From the Account Settings page, scroll down and tap “Subscriptions”
6Choose your subscription
7Tap “Cancel Subscription”. Next, tap “Confirm” on the “Confirm Cancellation” pop up.
1Launch the Google Play Store app.
2Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel.
3Alternatively, tap Menu -> My Apps -> Tap the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel -> Tap the app’s details page.
4Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation.
5Now, the status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Cancelled.
