The West Midlands Region of the College of Paramedics presents Clinical Decision Making with Andy Collen. Andy is a Consultant Paramedic at South East Coast Ambulance Service, while also being the Medicines and Prescribing Project Lead for the College of Paramedics. Until recently, he was a National Investigator for the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch.
