Senior Lecturer in paramedic science
Simon is a senior lecturer in paramedic science at the University of the West of England. He has spent the last 20 years involved in pre-hospital care, working across a wide variety of settings including the UWE Bristol Nightingale hospital project team, ECP, out-of-hours urgent care, SWAST Learning and Development and as a Critical Care Paramedic for both Great Western and Midlands Air Ambulance. Current interests include simulation based education, trauma, major incident response, haematology and transfusion alternatives.
