Senior Lecturer and Paramedic
Dave is a paramedic currently working as a senior lecturer at a UK university and a paramedic within a GP surgery. Dave qualified as a paramedic in 2016 obtaining a BSc (Hons) in paramedic practice and subsequently undertook a Master’s degree in health law with his dissertation exploring the role of policing powers under the Mental Health Act. Dave is a fellow of the higher education academy and holds a post-graduate certificate in academic practice. His professional interests include legal aspects of clinical practice, mental healthcare and functional neurological disorders.
