Background: Paramedic PD
The Paramedic Professional Development (Paramedic PD) app is a continuing education resource designed to support lifelong learning and clinical excellence for paramedics in Canada. It has been developed by Class Professional Media Canada Inc., registered in Ontario at 2345 Yonge Street, Suite 300, Toronto, Ontario, M4P 2E5.
Paramedic services can subscribe directly with Class Professional Media Canada Inc.

Privacy
Class Professional will hold any information that you provide to us confidentially.
When you register for an account on Paramedic PD we require your name and email address so that you can log in to the app. We store your name and email address securely on our servers in Canada: AWS and Salesforce. Class Professional collects data on who has logged in to Paramedic PD and we share this with your service.
To work correctly, the Paramedic PD app stores your activity and learning progress on the app.
Account deletion request
You can request that your account for Paramedic PD is deleted at any time. To do this, please email apps@class.co.uk from the email address associated with your account. You should list the relevant app, e.g. Paramedic PD in the email. Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed. We will delete your personal data from the relevant app from our systems. Please note that this means you will no longer be able to access the functionality of Paramedic PD, or any activity you have completed within the app.
If your individual app subscription has been provided by your service, we will liaise with them in the first instance regarding data.
Data Retention
If you or your service cancels your subscription, we will retain your data for five years after the date that the subscription lapses.
If you or your service request the removal of your data, we will delete it from our systems within 10 working days.
Your Rights
Under Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation, you have certain rights regarding your personal information that we will always respect.
