Technical Customer Support Specialist

I joined Class Professional in June 2026 as a Technical Customer Support Specialist. I have worked in multiple different roles in the past, ranging from customer care to broadband and mobile technical support, as well as regulatory and telesales roles, and have done so in the UK, Ireland, and New Zealand. I'm new to the company, but it is a very friendly and supportive environment and am very much looking forward to my journey here; I'm really looking forward to supporting both users of the apps, as well as colleagues, to the best of my ability.
