Inspection Copy Terms and Conditions

We’re pleased to offer inspection copies to lecturers and course leaders teaching relevant courses with 12 or more students. Below are the details of our inspection copy policy:

  • Inspection Copies: We provide either 60 days of complimentary eBook access and physical desk copies to help you evaluate our materials. In return, we kindly ask for your feedback to help us improve our resources. We will follow up with a short survey or email to hear your thoughts, as your insights are incredibly valuable to us.
  • Relevant Courses: Inspection copies are available for courses where the textbook could be adopted as primary or supplementary reading, with at least 12 students enrolled.
  • Number of Requests: You can request up to 5 titles per calendar year. If you need more than 5, please reach out to our team on inspection@class.co.uk or call us on 01278 427800, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Availability of Books: Please note that not all books are available for inspection. If a title you’ve requested is unavailable, our team will inform you and suggest alternatives if possible.
  • Feedback Process: To improve our resources and service, we will follow up to ask for your feedback. This is usually around 4 weeks after being sent the inspection copy and will be through a quick digital form, ensuring the process is convenient for you.
  • Digital Copy Details: Access to the eBook is provided via the Kortext platform.
  • Delivery of Physical Copies: If we send physical copies, please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid issues. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for books lost in delivery. If internal post at your institution is unreliable, we recommend providing an alternative address.
  • Processing Requests: Requests are typically processed within 5–7 business days. For physical copies, please allow additional time for delivery.
  • Privacy Assurance: Your information is handled securely and used solely for processing your inspection copy request or following up for feedback.
  • International Requests: If you’re based outside the UK, please note that physical copies may take longer to arrive. For eBook requests, we aim to process them promptly regardless of your location.
  • Adoption Support: If you decide to adopt one of our titles, we’d love to support your course further! Feel free to reach out to our team to discuss additional support:

UK: Will Axell, Partnerships Executive – will.axell@class.co.uk

International: Clare McMillan, International Partnerships – clare.mcmillan@class.co.uk

  • Discretion: Class Publishing Ltd reserves the right to decline inspection copy requests when necessary.

We’re here to support you and your students, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or specific needs.
