Tania Blackmore

Associate Professor

Tania Blackmore is a Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse Teacher with an MSc in Advanced Practice. She has over 30 years of experience in primary care and 10 years of experience teaching paramedics communication skills. Tania is an author and editor of clinical textbooks and academic papers in palliative and end-of-life care research. She is currently a postgraduate researcher at the International Observatory on End-of-Life Care at Lancaster University, where her PhD research explores paramedics' experience of caring for the dying. She was asked to present her research at the European Annual Conference of Palliative Care in Helsinki in 2025.
