About the Author:
The late Mike Hage, MS PT was a physiotherapist in a private practice at Northwestern University, Chicago. His teaching responsibilities and specialist areas included the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal problems of the spine, the extremities and the tempero mandibular joints. He was also the Physiotherapy Supervisor for the Pain Program at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
