Delivery and Returns Policy
UK delivery on books may in some circumstances take up to 10 working days. If you need your books urgently, please call us on 01278 427800.
Postage costs will be standard courier regardless of where it's posted to.
Returns of any purchased product is to be within 30 calendar days of purchase (7 for digital content) and agreed directly with Class Professional Publishing and is at the discretion of Class Professional Publishing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital content and eBooks
Class Professional Publishing agree to refund digital purchases within seven days from the date of purchase and only when the content has not been downloaded or accessed using access codes provided on purchase.
