We’re delighted to be Silver Sponsors of this year’s Ambulance Leadership Forum (ALF) taking place on Tuesday 18th May, 09.00-17.00
The global pandemic has forced many changes in the way that organisations operate and communicate with their key stakeholders. As such, this year’s annual Ambulance Leadership Forum (ALF) will be held online.
‘Responding to new challenges and opportunities’
Once again the spotlight will be firmly on UK ambulance services as they fight to meet current challenges and continue to improve clinical outcomes against a backdrop of rising demand that shows no signs of slowing, a key issue compounded by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Commissioning and workforce pressures – as well as the issues faced by other parts of the urgent and emergency care system – are the top priorities for discussion at this unique online event.
Using some of the best interactive online event software, the format will continue to contain a mix of live speaker sessions, live panel / debate, networking, knowledge sharing presentations from UK national ambulance director groups and access to sponsor content and an exhibition area.
As in previous years, the event is open to UK and international delegates alike.
Steve Irving, Executive Officer at AACE, said:
We are really looking forward to the new format and are keen to welcome our international colleagues in the same way we do at our annual face-to-face conference, which has grown to become the key event in the UK ambulance calendar.
In reality it is often only at a highly-tailored event like ALF that we can find the time to pause with colleagues who are facing similar challenges – especially during this global pandemic – and reflect on what we are doing well, where we can improve and what we need to do to enable us to continue to deliver effective ambulance services consistently and in a sustainable way. In short, our aim is for ALF to stimulate debates and ideas at a time when they are needed most.
We would also add that the ALF will remain a prestigious event that adds value for delegates and sponsors
